At work
D’Shaun joined TMLC In 2020. He joined us with 7 years of green industry experience in the maintenance side of the business, but wanted to expand his knowledge into the landscape installation department. He started out as a team member and learned quickly - and was promoted to Team Leader relatively quickly where he has thrived on details and customer service.
When asked what he loves about his job, he said he enjoys working with fellow team members to solve problems and meeting the needs of his clients.
Outside of work
D’Shaun enjoys spending time with his two beautiful daughters watching football and basketball. In his free time he enjoys shopping as well as traveling.
