The Master's Lawn Care Earns Esteemed 2014 Angie’s List Super Service Award
The award reflects their consistently high level of customer service for landscape management in Gainesville, Florida
The Master's Lawn Care has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the Gainesville, Florida marketplace and consumer review site in 2014.
"This award really goes to our team members more than any one individual," said TMLC's owner, Rusty Thompson. "They're the ones that bought into our mission to exceed our client's expectations. They consistently set the standard for quality work by having passion for what they do and going the extra mile on each job."
“Only about 5 percent of the companies in Gainesville, Florida have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, have their licensing up-todate, pass a background check, and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality and have to have an overall A score to even be considered for the award.
