Job Title: Landscape Installation Foreman
The Master's Lawn Care is looking for the right candidate to fill a Landscape Installation Foreman position. We are a stable company looking for a candidate who has the right skills and experience to join our team as a working leader who is able to provide the excellent customer service that our clients have come to expect from us.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, driven to succeed and enjoys working outdoors. They are well spoken, professional and comfortable meeting with clients on a daily basis. They are experienced and knowledgeable in reading landscaping designs, plant layout and installation, sod installation, mulch installation, with some knowledge of drainage, lighting and irrigation as well. They have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment where they are rewarded for performance and empowered to succeed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with a landscape company
- Leadership / Management experience
- Good eye for detail
- Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Team player with the ability to manage, direct and train employees
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Valid FL driver's license
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Act as working foreman in charge of landscaping installations
Communicate with clients while jobs are completed to ensure they are satisfied
Work with landscape coordinator to plan for future landscaping jobs
Closely monitor productivity goals to ensure goals are being met
Daily driving in company vehicle will be required
