At work
Caroline is a proud Florida State University alum (Go Noles!) with a degree in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration, where she focused on event planning and fundraising before spending several years coordinating projects in the non-profit world. In 2020, she transitioned into uniform sales and later found her home in commercial landscape sales, where her love for the outdoors and problem-solving truly shines—especially during long walks on properties with clients. Known as “Detective Parker” for her ability to uncover pain points and identify the root of a situation, she delivers thoughtful, effective solutions.
Outside of work
Outside of work, she enjoys singing in her church's praise band (or her car), listening to music, and navigating a long-standing household rivalry as a Noles fan married to a devoted Gator—18 years and counting.
