Brittany brings over 11 years of progressive Human Resources experience to The Master’s, following a successful career supporting teams across both the public and private sectors. She began her collegiate studies at Florida Gateway College before earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Associate Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
In her role, Brittany oversees our HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and internal communications. Driven by a passion for positivity, inclusion, and culture building, she is dedicated to creating a supportive, high-energy environment where every team member can thrive and succeed.
Outside of work
In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets. She enjoys trips to the rivers around North Florida and loves being creative.
