At The Master’s Lawn & Pest, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience. This winter, we’ll be transitioning to a new client software system that will streamline communication, billing, and service updates.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Service Notifications May Look Different
Messages from your coordinators and lawn technicians may change slightly in format or sender. They may be plain at first as we learn the system, but will improve over time. - New Email Addresses for Proposals & Invoices
You’ll soon receive proposals and invoices from a new email address connected to our updated system. The invoices and proposals will look differently as we move into the new system. - Autopay Setup Will Need to Be Re-Entered
For your security, we do not store payment information on-site. When the new portal launches, you’ll be prompted to set up autopay again. Look for these emails at the end of December! Access to a Secure Client Portal
You’ll have one central place to view proposals, invoices, and payment history — all in a secure, user-friendly portal. Once you've signed up via the welcome email, here is the new address to log in.themasters.propertyserviceportal.com

We value your trust and security. This upgrade ensures your information is protected while making it easier to manage services with us. By rolling out changes over the winter, we’ll be able to work through any small hiccups before spring.
