*All warranties are based on having a bi-annual Irrigation system inspection so that we can keep debris filters, pressure regulators, rotation adjustments, and electrical connections maintained properly for the life of your system. This protects your investment in the system and the beauty of your landscape. Service agreement must be in place at time of repair for warranty to be valid. Other damages and repairs not due to our workmanship or materials such as other contractors, acts of God, or things outside of TMLC's control are not warranteed and will be billed at the normal rates.
